Wayne,

Let’s start with the basics. How are you setting the MP114 up? I’d recommend
you start by configuring it on the sipXecs system as a gateway. When you have
finished configuring it within sipXecs, write the profile. Once you have
written the file, open the gateway, and look in the upper right hand corner.
You will find an INI file that sipXecs has created. Download that file, and
then upload it to the MP114 and restart it. This should get you started on
using this gateway.

Subject: [sipx-users] Audiocodes MP-114 FXO Assistance

I am in the early stages of deploying our 1st sipx system. We are using version
4.2.1 code and audiocodes MP-114 FXO gateways. Internal calls for function fine
but I am not able to route call to the PSTN via the MP-114 Gateway. I am very
new to the configuration of the MP-114 and I am not certain of the desired
configuration on the MP-114. The dial plan rules on the SipX server appear to
be fine and the gateway is defined for each of the rules. It appears that calls
are not being routed to the gateway. I have used the logging feature on the
gateway but no logs are generated associated with call progression. Any
assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
