Now it is about the password :). 

Since I can't find a way to get past my md5 problem, I need sipx to auto 
generate the password.
According to http://wiki.sipfoundry.org/display/sipXecs/LDAP+Integration, if 
not attribute is chosen, the system should auto generate the password when it 
imports the users.

Sipx is not managing phones but I do need it to do two things I've yet to 
figure out, 1; auto generate the password and 2; Automatically assign user 
extensions from the pool 

It's doing neither one and I'm stumped on how to get past this.
