No. Not at all. She is just monitoring their lines.

Are you using the call park feature? monitoring parks?
This is a pretty normal (and annoying) occurrence if the park server
is in active use.

Does anyone have a Polycom Soundpoint 650 with sidecar running 3.2.1 B
and bootrom 4.3.0??
We have one on our executive admin assistants phone. It is set to
monitor the lines of 20 or so executives. Almost daily, it will
start to
show inaccurate information about who is or isn't on their phone.
Eventually it will completely lock up. Anyone had any experience
with this?
It used to work fine on 3.1.3 C and bootrom 4.2.1. Unfortunately, I
can't seem to run that firmware (or 3.2.2 for that matter). If I load
3.1.3 C or 3.2.2 on this phone, it drops the call whenever it is
transferred to a handset running 3.2.1 B. All my 450s and 550s
work fine
with 3.2.1 B and didn't seem to have any problem running in and
environment mixed with 3.2.1 B and 3.1.3 C.
