I seem to be one of the heavier ACD users. I would definitely like to test this out in the latest version and see if I can provide helpful feedback. Is the ACD role the old ACD and Call Center the new one?That was just a guess after looking at the GUI. Sorry if this has already been answered. Is the new ACD supposed to import settings from the old, or is it a from scratch setup?
