http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-9390

For the record, I rebuilt the system instead of messing with this since it was
not in production yet.
After install, I logged in as root, setup and started the final install process.

Before going all the way to generating the certs, I opened another window, went
to /usr/bin/ssl-cert, edited the gen-ssl-keys.sh
file, changing ServerKeyBits=1024 to ServerKeyBits=2048. I then exited, went
back to my other screen, completed the install.

After the system rebooted, in my case, using godaddy, I imported the gd_bundle
from godaddy into Certificate Authorities, then imported my cert.
