AFAIK the yealinks do not work with call pickup and sipxecs, we had a support ticket with them to add this feature but the yealink did not support the "repalces" method used in the invite. A few months back they send us a new beta firmware that did enable call pickup but broke a ton of other functions. I'd make sure your running at least firmware 60.0.90 which was what our beta firmware was labeled.
