I've always though the call records page should have an advanced column that list the calls call-id (which is the most useful string to use with sipx-trace). I would easily regain at least 2 weeks of my life over the course of a year in search for a failed calls id ;-) >From there it wouldn't be hard to make that call-id clickable to autogenerate >the xml trace file and pop for the user to open with sipviewer.
