I do not have another ITSP. Would it help at all for me to capture a successful transfer with a soundpoint for comparison? -----Original Message----- From: "Matt White" <[email protected]> Sender: [email protected] Date: Thu, 31 Mar 2011 15:32:29 To: <[email protected]> Reply-To: Discussion list for users of sipXecs software <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [sipx-users] last try - polycom spectralink wifi phones, need a little help

I'm assuming something > goes wrong around the frames that say "refer" and "500 Server internal > error" This trace would seem to indicate a sipxbridge/ITSP issue. Everything up until the transfer looks fine. The phone sends sipx a refer. Sipxbridge in turn sends your ITSP another invite. The ITSP immediately sends back a "500 server error". And at that point the call is torn down. I'm not exactly sure what the itsp doesn't like. The invite looks ok from what I can. The only that seems odd is that I would have though sipxbridge would have sent a re-invite rather than a second invite. But a second invite rather than a re-invite maybe acceptable. Does anybody else know if a second invite would be normal here? Do you have another ITSP you can do a test with? -M _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users/ _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users/
