without e.164 inbound (+1), the 'recipient' in CDR is the user field, with e.164 inbound, the CDR is the whole called number:

example, custom dial plan:
with sip invite of INVITE sip:+17652320315
dial plan transform matches 17652320 + 3 digits
resulting call:
dial 1 + matching suffix: ie: 1315.
user is 1315, gets the call.

HOWEVER, cdr shows to: +17652320315 and recipient +17652320315.

NOTE: no phone is installed on this, and its just set up basic, default new user.

NORMALLY, with our other transforms, say:
INVITE sip:5619382235
custom dial plan matches 56194822 and 2 digits
resulting call:
dial 12 + matching suffix: ie 1259

in CDR, I see to: 5619482259, but RECIPIENT: 1259.
