If you have programmed the phone manually, you would not add an unmanaged
phone in the interface.

It is more likely a phone dial plan issue and you should turn up the proxy
log level to debug and place a call and tail the proxy log.

Since the phone says it is registered, 1 would also assume that the phone
system agrees?
