Hi, i encountered a problem with “umlauts” (öäü) and the user portal of SipX 4.2.1.
If somebody with an umlaut in the displayname leaves a voicemail the user can’t login anymore. An example: An user with an umlaut in the displayname leaves a message. /var/sipxdata/mediaserver/data/mailstore/206/inbox/00000201-00.xml contains the from header but instead of the utf-8 encoding of the umlaut the from element contains the utf-8 null character so the sipxconfig server crashes when the users tries to login to hear his voicemail. Even the voicemail system hangsup after typing the first number of the pin on my phone. Is this a known issue? Has this been fixed in 4.4.0? Regards Jan _____________________________ Jan Fricke B.Sc.
