If you are using a mediant xxxx, why would you need the SBC, since it is for
SIP trunking?  Did you run the preflight to see what errors it shows.  It
appears you are missing SRV records at a quick glance at things.

 

The wiki is your friend, it has some troubleshooting tips for checking that
DNS is set up correctly, including SRV records, and some test on them.  I'd
look there first and resolve those errors in the small log fine that you
have sent.

One thing I notice is that under Devices, there no longer shows a SBC Routes
option.
I installed using the RPM method over using the ISO this time, perhaps
something didn't get installed?
