Problem was found. The problem is that the telco changed programming on us without being specific so depending on which server calls were coming from or going to, we had to adjust stripping or not stripping prefixes.
I learned that the error messages are something else that is being worked on so that's good and now we can get to testing on 4.4.0 to hopefully use sipx for incoming only fax requirements.
