Did GoDaddy include a CA/root certificate along with the crt? I've noticed this new trend that breaks a lot of SSL web upload stuff, barracuda spam filter being one of them. Basically this setup requires the private key, the certificate, and the CA/root certificate to be uploaded to the server in order to operate properly.
