I have two issues with conferecning in 4.4. 1. I had recently added a conference to a user and when I added the conference it automatically generated a PIN number. This PIN number would not work. How do I daignose this issue?
2. I asked this user to change his PIN to something new, hoping it would work. The user changed the PIN but it still didn't work, until I restarted the Media Service (which the admin gui was asking me to do). So if any user changes there participant, it requies the admin to restart the media service? This isn't very "self servicing" for the user...
