They are trying over 3G and unable to authenticate. My server is behind
NAT,public IP, and appropriate DNS records. I believe I setup this up
correctly because Bria for iPhone and Bria for PC work correctly outside
the network.

We tested with it here and it worked. We had to have our Android on a
wireless network that had access to the Sipx server. It will not work
over 3G unless you have your server Nat'd to the public and properly
setup for remote users.

 

Also, they will need the Sip password for their user not their voicemail
pin to connect.
