You need to send the server it's own profile after  a restore.

You Should be able to tell if all of your services are running properly or
not. You should also be able to observe The output of

  sipxproc -state

To observe any errors. You should have used the exact same Ip address,
Hostname and sip domain When building the new system before restoring.

If you are looking in the correct place for the proxy log It might be here
soon and that the service isn't running. Hence, The standard suggestions
above.
