Polycom provides limited support on end of life models (500, 501, 600, 601,
etc).

Polycom also publishes a firmware/bootrom compatibility list on their site.

I still get the peculiar feeling that either the dns is not correct /phone
is not using the correct dns records, or that you are manually configuring
the phone (AND YOU SHOULD NOT BE) and the mph Uri is not entered or being
resolved by some devices correctly.
