Everything is in the "Running" state except for the stuff I don't use like IM.

what is the output of

sipxproc --state

?

I ask because on a recent upgrade I had a couple of services show 
ConfigurationMismatch (no HA). the ultimate answer was to do a backup and build 
a fresh system then restore. yet the services show fine info sipxconfig.

does the output match the service state(s)?
