Hi Matt,

If you created speeddials with presence then they will show up in Bria in
the Workgroup, press <View>, <Workgroup> in Bria to see them.
Unfortunately in Bria 3.2 I don't see any BLA (or was that BLF)
information for those speeddials anymore,
this used to work in 3.1 (will send another support mail to Counterpath).
This sort of kills monitoring a Polycom.

What still works (better then ever actually) in Bria 3.2 is the
distribution and presence monitoring of UserGroups.
If you enable IM on a usergroup in Bria then all Bria's in that usergroup
will automatically create a Contacts Group with
all the users of that Usergroup in there, with Presence enabled by
default. This is all XMPP based.

(of course any other decent XMPP client supports this as well, but
hey....videophone AND presence in one is nice (if it works..:-( :o)

I couldn't try Bria, because they want an NDA just to talk sales numbers.
But I can tell you all the functions your looking for work fine in Spark
client 3.6.0.

Has anybody gotten Bria 3.2 to use the contact directory from sipx?

The device profile in sipx show the softphone-directory.xml which contains
valid data.

I've also set a few speeddials on the user account with presence enabled
which also never shows up.

The softphone does autoprovision from DHCP with the account, and changes I
make to the profile like codec's etc are pciked up by the softphone. So
it seems to picking up the config just fine.

Any hints?

Also, can a Bria monitor the presence of a polycom? So far using RLS in
Bria doesn't seem to do much. Not sure if the two are related.
