Hi All, How about the Quick link for the OpenACD page...Because for creating line we should create queue first or we can default queue and want change it later and for creating queue the Queue group should be created... So Quick Link can be help to Pages in OpenACD Eg: Always Line is associate with Queue and Client.So Quick link for Queue and Client Page in Line Page and vice versa
