Using a new install with v4.4.0- 2011-06-03 I notice two things.
1. When updating, all profiles are sent and all phones reboot. I think if the template for the phones didn't change, this can be disruptive. 2. When intentionally sending profiles to a phone with the same line on two different phones, all phones with the line (whether it is the first line on the phone or not) reboot, which I also think has been introduced and squashed before. #1 has already been discussed but not addressed yet.
