I had a sipXecs server running and taking faxes successfully yesterday. I added a bunch of users, and for some unknown reason it is no longer receiving faxes. I've captured a log from my gateway that returns a 486 - Busy error.
I'm looking for some extended logs on Freeswitch fax but have not been able to find any. I hear the fax answer the call, and it holds it up for a fairly long period of time before it sends the 486 - Busy, followed by a Bye. Are there extended log files for Freeswitch that might be outside of /var/log/sipxpbx, and /var/log. I've searched and not found any.
