I think this is related to the fact that Polycom 500 used by extension
200 does not support half security (not able to have both secured and
unsecured calls). Polycom experts, what options should be enabled in
Polycom config for supporting both secured and unsecured calls? From
attached file, Polycom 500 used by extension 200 has:

    <SRTP
      sec.srtp.enable="1"
      sec.srtp.offer="1"
      sec.srtp.require="1"
      sec.srtp.offer.HMAC_SHA1_80="0"
      sec.srtp.offer.HMAC_SHA1_32="1"
      sec.srtp.key.lifetime="0"
      sec.srtp.mki.enabled="0"
      sec.srtp.sessionParams.noAuth.offer="0"
      sec.srtp.sessionParams.noAuth.require="0"
      sec.srtp.sessionParams.noEncrypRTCP.offer="0"
      sec.srtp.sessionParams.noEncrypRTCP.require="0"
      sec.srtp.sessionParams.noEncrypRTP.offer="0"
      sec.srtp.sessionParams.noEncrypRTP.require="0"
      sec.srtp.requireMatchingTag="0"
    />

Thanks,
George
