QoS is done on the switches and the Cisco router.  There are actually 3 
brands of switches; (2) 3Com 4200G, (1) Cisco 3560-X, and (1) Cisco 
(Linksys) SGE2000P.  By the way, I did not set up this network with all 
of these different switches.  :-).  Hopefully, we'll be able to 
standardize this network.
