We have a vlan set up with an dress space that is outside of sipx's local
subnets, I can change the voice tag on our HP switches such that the phone
chooses this vlan and then reboot the phone and it comes back up on the
special vlan and media is anchored in sipx.  Handy if you need to capture
audio.
