I'm not sure I follow your example: If you create a siptrunk using vitelity (I don't use them, and I have seen far too many issues with people who do use them). If you use the template the following is prepopulated:
address: vitelity.net (64.74.178.102) itsp server address: outbound1.vitelity.net registrar address: inbound7.vitelity.net obviously you would change the inbound/outbound server names to match what your account is specified to use). itsp server address: If the ITSP specifies a server address or name or an outbound proxy, enter it here. If nothing is specified, the route to the ITSP's server (outbound proxy) is determined by DNS lookup on the ITSP domain. At this time, there is no SRV records being returned for "vitelity.net". So unless you can change the settings to SRV (they have no SRV records), I don't know how they expect to load balance to mulitiple IP's if they are not publishing them in their A records they provided. Pointedly: outbound24 has a single IP address in DNS, whereas outbound1 has 6 (do the lookups yourself). I think if you have the proper settings from your provider then they have a dns issue on their end.
