I found a thread where you were talking about ptime and bandwidth.com. We aren't using an edgemarc. We just have a cisco firewall with ALG disabled between the sipXecs server and the Internet with the sip trunk setup using the default bandwidth.com template.
Or are you saying that bandwidth.com is forcing everyone to ptime 30 ms on their sip trunks?
