Yea, no doubt EEK!... this is like bizzaro world...  never anywhere did i
say change the ip address of your sipxecs system...  dude...

i told you to check your internal ip ranges in internet calling under the
system menu.

those internal ranges are set by default to 172.16.0.0/12, 10.0.0.0/8 and
192.168.0.0/16.  i told you to 'skinny' those down to be just your internal
range.

you're trying to hit an itsp at a 10.x.x.x address and media relay will
never work because that's listed as an internal ip address...
