We have dozens of folks using SIPDroid on handsets. Make sure you grab
SIPDroid Base, not the package with the video stuff. We're also using
CSIPSimple, Linphone, 3CX w/o issues. Usage of any of these over 3G is
unreliable as others have noted. Post up details of what's not working.

I did find it necessary to limit the number of codecs available for use;
when enabling all of them the SIP packet size was exceeding mtu thus
nothing worked.
