There are licensing issues with newer versions of the software so beware.  I
believe a licensing server is involved.  Also sometimes the upgrade process
doesn't go well and you need to do them phone by phone.

The phones do work however.  I did testing with 3.1.00.65 firmware. The
following do NOT work but everything else does:  MoH, BLF, BLA, AutoReboot,
AutoDiscovery.  Version 3.02.16 causes reboot loops.

You can force phone firmware updates by tweaking the 1140eSIP.cfg file (caps
of filename and all things in this file are important including matching the
filename in the tftp server) with:

[FW]
DOWNLOAD_MODE FORCED
VERSION 000001
FILENAME binfilenamehere.bin
