There are licensing issues with newer versions of the software so beware. I believe a licensing server is involved. Also sometimes the upgrade process doesn't go well and you need to do them phone by phone.
The phones do work however. I did testing with 3.1.00.65 firmware. The following do NOT work but everything else does: MoH, BLF, BLA, AutoReboot, AutoDiscovery. Version 3.02.16 causes reboot loops.
