Hi, I have the same issue.
It looks that permissions are not correctly authorized to users if it's a custom Permissions made by myself and not a System Permissions already configured with sipx. If I use into my dialplan my permission it will not work, until I change it by a system permission like "long distance dialling" It looks to be a bug.
