Hi Guys, I have observed that when I add my users into IM group I can see them properly into Bria 3.2.1 and see their presence without problem, but I'm unable to send instant message, if I add manually my user into Bria for example a user 46006 I'll be able to send instant message.
When I check the pop-up detail from a user into Bria I can see for my user added manually the information below: Instant Message: 46006 If I check information for the same user created by Sipxecs (I'm using provisioning): Instant Message: [email protected] So it looks that Bria doesn't like when SIP domain is added behind sip user extension. Is it something that can be set on Sipxecs to prevent this problem? Best Regards. Cyril
