I have been using 1-voip as a residential provider for 2 years with sipxecs no major issues. I recently upgraded to their commercial sip trunks to get control of outbound caller ID's. The problem I have is the commercial IP to IP asterich boxes the register message expects "mailto:[email protected]"; my host information in the from: field. For some reason they are not populating the register database from the Contact: field. Their residential servers work correctly right. They are unwilling to change the mapping on the commercial sip trunks. Is there a way to meet their requirement?
