I don't have a lot of information yet. I might be helping a company out, and 
they have Time Warner MPLS circuits at each location. They do not have internet 
connections directly from the facility (they can purchase that if needed). If 
TW telecom has a good service, and I can use it directly with the existing MPLS 
connection (this is what I do currently at my company with Verizon connections) 
I would like to give it a shot. I don't know anything about their VoIP 
offerings yet.

no but I have a customer who was proposed something from comcast but what
they were doing was bringing in a separate cable modem and muxing it out to
a pri handoff.

they claimed it was a fiber network however fiber really never can be
anywhere near the building.

can you explain what they proposed to you?
