I worked at a Mitel Platinum Reseller for 5 years...

Their SIP implementation is pretty good now.  I have never tested the Mitel
plugin that we have in sipXecs though.  In the past SIP conversion of the
phone may have been a one-way street (i don't think that is still the case).
 Also, not all phones are dual-boot.  The phone must be a Dual-Mode phone (I
think it's on the label underneath).

I would expect the usual suspects of BLA and MoH won't work.  You'll have to
test all of the functionality.  That Mitel template just kind of appeared
and have no clue who built it or its current state.
