If you have a phone that allows that...

What I would do is setup separate branches.  Put one user and gateway into
one branch and then put the other user and the other gateway into the other
branch.  Then you can put those gateways in the same dial plan entry and
things will work properly.

The only thing you can't do is go to the same ITSP (or the same ITSP's POP).
 We do this with one gateway pointing at voip.ms new york and the other at
their chicago pop.
