if you mess up the sip domain to begin with you either start over with the
ISO or logged in a root (warning, this will wipe the system out):

service sipxecs stop
/usr/bin/sipxconfig.sh --database drop create
sipxecs-setup-system

you may also have some work to do with tweaking DNS server info...
