I have the following scenario: A monitored speed dial continuously shows the extension 'ringing' (musical notes/flashing green).
This occurs occasionally under the following conditions: * Phone showing the 'phantom ringing' utilizes EFK buttons * The call was either answered (then transferred via a consultative transfer) or another phone picked up the call via a directed call pickup (I'm not sure which scenario is the case yet). * Phones I've seen this on: Polycom 650 (3.2.4/4.2.2) * Restarting sipXecs service and the affected Polycom phone(s) does not resolve the issue * Issue eventually resolves itself (guessing 30 min - 1 hour)? I added a monitored speed dial while a user was describing this behavior - and upon rebooting my phone, it also showed the continuous ringing. Has anyone else experienced this behavior?
