Call comes in, hits the user phone and rings. sipx has a call forwarding (if no answer, dial xxxyyyy for yy seconds) variable. The call connects and media exists between the pstn caller and the forward target. After the call completes, there is no record showing the call to the cell phone (as an outbound call) in the CDR logs.
