Hi Todd, I too have multiple ITSP's configured. Two to voip.ms (each to a different point of presence) and one to an ITSP in Switzerland.
The static NAT may be an issue as Tony stated. (only so many machines can come and go on 5060 or 5080 at the same time... and that number = 1). What I find I have to do is static NAT only the sipXecs server and not the phones. This will allow the traffic to/from the server to come and go on the necessary ports but then phones can use whatever ports they might need.
