1)      That's dumb

2)      No big deal - moving 50 users shouldn't take too long...

It would be nice if the import/export feature would be like a backup that you 
can restore to a different machine (different domain/ip/etc.) - I personally 
think the actual backup/restore leaves much to be desired in terms of using it 
to move/migrate/etc.

I'm 6 hours in - and this entire process should not require me to go to every 
user and setup speed dials/call forwarding - I'm sure there is a way to 
manipulate the backup files...

Okay - enough venting - at least I'm making progress.

export/import doesn't cover it. The only way to get those would be a restore.
