Hi all, I'm trying to add a tone to our Linksys SPA and ATA handsets to let staff know that a call is being attempted.
Our gateway for calls routed via the Internet returns 100 Trying while it attempts to establish a call. If our Internet connection is down it will stay in this state for 30 seconds until it gives up and the call is instead routed via the PSTN. During this period I'd like the handsets to play a modified ring tone to indicate that something is actually happening. I have successfully added a "Response Status Code Handling" for 404 Not Found to play a tone for an invalid number but it doesn't play anything for 100 Trying or 183 Session Progress. Has anyone else managed to do something similar or have any ideas?
