Not yet... This will not make it into 4.6 either. There was a patch supplied for different levels of security but it didn't even go to the level of which AA's a group of users can manage.. All it really did was lock down a number of menu items based on the group you were in.
We've taken a look at that but I think we're favoring something a little more complete than the approach that was used in the patch.
