Search the logs and you will see the IP address and any calls not reaching
cdr because the invite was malformed or didn't match users. The premise is
the same. If you can pinpoint the network they are generated from so you
can block it.

We use cps, country block and soon user agent and other blacklisting. We
also use a 3rd party voip abuse blacklist. All if this is done at the
firewall.
