Gave you all the hints I could... The big hint i gave you was: Make sure you terminate your trunks in your SBC and make sure that the SBC is setup as an unmanaged gateway in sipXecs.
If you get your trunks setup properly there and your NAT traversal for remote users setup properly there your system will function as it needs to.
