That makes sense, thanks. I noticed that there is an hour
for Instant Messaging on both days, and an hour for openACD
on both days. I'm not sure if that is accurate or a
misprint, but just thought I'd mention it.

Just in case anyone is looking for some additional topic
ideas, here are some things I would like to hear about there
(in addition to what is already on the agenda):

- Issues that need to be addressed when transitioning from
legacy digital or IP-PBX to sipXecs (such as E911, TLS/SRTP
implementation, ITSP recommendations, phone
recommendations)
- SBCs: when are they required, how to configure for HA,
recommendations (this seems to be a very frequent topic on
the forums)
- Custom IVRs (not auto-attendants) using database queries,
speech recognition, text-to-speech. I know this is probably
too involved for a 1-hour session, just thought I'd mention
it.

I know people get tired of answering the same questions
repeatedly, so I've been holding off on some questions
hoping to get answers at CoLab. However, in the meantime I
was thinking of getting your book "Building Enterprise Ready
Telephony Systems with sipXecs 4.0". Is the book still
relevant to version 4.4 (and soon 4.6) or is it somewhat
outdated?

Thanks,
Nate
