That makes sense, thanks. I noticed that there is an hour for Instant Messaging on both days, and an hour for openACD on both days. I'm not sure if that is accurate or a misprint, but just thought I'd mention it. Just in case anyone is looking for some additional topic ideas, here are some things I would like to hear about there (in addition to what is already on the agenda): - Issues that need to be addressed when transitioning from legacy digital or IP-PBX to sipXecs (such as E911, TLS/SRTP implementation, ITSP recommendations, phone recommendations) - SBCs: when are they required, how to configure for HA, recommendations (this seems to be a very frequent topic on the forums) - Custom IVRs (not auto-attendants) using database queries, speech recognition, text-to-speech. I know this is probably too involved for a 1-hour session, just thought I'd mention it. I know people get tired of answering the same questions repeatedly, so I've been holding off on some questions hoping to get answers at CoLab. However, in the meantime I was thinking of getting your book "Building Enterprise Ready Telephony Systems with sipXecs 4.0". Is the book still relevant to version 4.4 (and soon 4.6) or is it somewhat outdated?
