Does the mediant have it's DNS settings pointing to SipX DNS? If not, you can go to Sipx --> Devices --> Network Parameters. Add DNS parameter pointing to your SIPX box assuming you have DNS installed there. Then send profiles from mediant gateway page. Download the ini file, log into the mediant and up load it...
