what Gerald is expressing is -- if the inbound call is not being anchored by sipxbridge or an sbc, it will not be able to be transferred. However, if the registration fails for some reason (I would check the states on the firewall to see if there is a conflict somehow) you "could" autofailover the DID from te registered account to the SIP URI...
