Hello I have a problem where if I add a new phone (in this instance a Cisco 7941G), the cnf.xml file does not appear in the the tftproot folder of the sipxecs server. This means that the phone cannot download the file and hence cannot register. Is there anything that could be stopping the file from generating on the tftp server? I'm able to download the cnf.xml file directly from the sipxecs browser interface so it must be saved on there somewhere... Thanks.
